DARK MASTERS FAMILY CODE OF CONDUCT
1. This is your family. You will behave as such and act as such.
You will follow the Godfathers Ruling and follow your Sector Leaders command.
2. Do not cause or join the cause of any rebellious acts that could lead to infraction among D.M.F;
• If you are guilty and suspect to creation of rebellious/dramatic cause you, will be punished accordingly.
• If you are guilty and suspect to join a rebellious/dramatic cause, you will be punished less accordingly.
3. Any reports of disrespect to a member will be thoroughly investigated. If the suspected party is proven guilty by additional parties, it will result in a demotion on your fault.
4. Tomorrow is always a new day, despite any controversial events, in order to keep the good atmosphere, we ask you do your best to keep that atmosphere and continue to treat each member as a family, as will we. Forgive and Forget.
5. Under no circumstances should, or will, you request a PROMOTION.
6. We hold the word Family true to this community, if a member joins you, you may not remove them unless;
• otherwise requested to by a Higher Ranking Officer;
• Explain your reason to remove a member to the member or Higher Ranking Officer and then receive their approval
7. As a member of D.M.F, you are required to be in uniform at all times. This assists other members in identifying who you are and your status in D.M.F. (uniform differs per server)
8. As a member of D.M.F, you are required to maintain contact with a Member that obtains the rank of a Warrant Officer or Higher.
9. If there are any nefarious or controversial affairs you come across within your group, you are required and expected to respect and withhold Chain of Command.
10. There are no exceptions when it comes to family law.
11. Family comes first. Loyalty to the family is of upmost importance when it comes to D.M.F. Devotion to D.M.F is key to all members within, you are expected to honor your members as your brothers and sisters.
12. As a member of D.M.F, you’re required and expected to follow and execute all orders from Higher Ranking Officials; However, if you believe an order is unlawful or in violation of the Code of Conduct, report this violation to your Superior Ranking Official.
13. As of April 2024, You must be of the legal age of 18 years old to join DMF. If you are already a member before this change, you are allowed to remain until it is deemed you are unfit til the legal age.
Failure to comply with the Code will result in punishment.

DARK MASTERS FAMILY RANKING SYSTEM:
Enlisted Ranks-
Enlisted Ranks are the ranks you obtain before proving your benefits, ability, worth, and loyalty to D.M.F.
Recruit (RCT)- Upon entry into D.M.F, your first Rank you’ll obtain is Recruit, your journey begins here.
Private (PVT)- As a member of D.M.F, to obtain the rank of Private you are required to attend at least 01 Clan Meetings.
Private First Class (PFC)- As a member of D.M.F, You have remained in the D.M.F for a minimum of 02 Weeks (14 Days) and begun Basic Training.
Corporal (CPL)- You have completed Clan Basic Training in D.M.F, Congratulations.
Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Ranks-
Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Ranks are the Ranks of which you have proven your loyalty, completed Basic Training and truly begin your journey in D.M.F. Code of Conduct will begin to play a heavy role. The NCO Ranks are Ranks that answer to the Warrant Officers and aid in such clan battles or affairs.
Sergeant (SGT)- As a member of D.M.F, you have officially been considered part of the Family. You have proven beneficial and reliant. To obtain this rank within D.M.F, you must have:
• Been Recommended by a Staff Sergeant to a Master Sergeant
• Or Recruited a minimum of 7 members
• Or proven yourself among others and applied your skill set truly
Staff Sergeant (SSG)- As a member of D.M.F, you have accumulated a total of 45 days (1.5 Months) in the Clan. It is here you begin to identify leadership, and start to be assigned Squad Roles.
Sergeant First Class (SFC)- As a member of D.M.F, Intermediate Clan Training begins here. Here you begin to learn more advanced skill sets and test your self both in game and mentally. Pass this test, and consider yourself proven.
Master Sergeant (MSG)- As a member of D.M.F, you will learn there are Sectors and Branches. Within these Branches you can obtain Specialists Division Ranks. Here is when you identify yourself to that Special Division.
Warrant Officer Rank (WO)-
Warrant Officer Rank (WO) is a Rank where you begin to test your metal and prove loyalty to the D.M.F Commissioned Officers (CO), a D.M.F member obtaining a minimum of the rank of Captain, a Sector Leader, a Co-Founder, or the CEO himself. It is at this point in time you will identify whether or not you will obtain a specialty or you will assist in the Community overall.
Warrant Officer (WO)- As a member of D.M.F, you have accumulated a total of 90 days (03 Months). Minimum Requirements include:
• Have Recruited a Minimum of 30 Recruits
Commissioned Officer (CO) Ranks-
Commissioned Officer (CO) Ranks are ranks where you have proven your truest loyalty. You have shown your devotion to the Dark Masters Family by understanding our values, enforcing our Code, and have become a true member by acting and following by our Code of Conduct via our Handbook. You also have proven worthy via your skills and adaptation to the D.M.F. All of Commissioned Officer Ranks have a requirement of contribution via donation and volunteer work to D.M.F, its cause, and/or fellow members.
Second Lieutenant (2LT)- As a member of D.M.F you have accumulated a total of 04 Months (120 Days).
First Lieutenant (1LT) - As a member of D.M.F you have accumulated a total of 05 Months (150 Days).
Captain (CPT)- As a member of D.M.F you have accumulated a total of 06 Months (182 Days) and recruited a minimum of 25 Recruits.
Major (MAJ)- As a member of D.M.F you have accumulated a total of 07 Months (210 Days).
Lieutenant Colonel (LTC)- As a member of D.M.F you have accumulated a total of 08 Months (242 Days).
Colonel (COL)- As a member of D.M.F you have accumulated a total of 10 Months (270 Days) and recruited a minimum of 45 Recruits.
General (GEN)- As a member of D.M.F you have accumulated a total of 01 Years (365 Days). You must have:
• Recruited a minimum of 50 Recruits
Specialized D.M.F Titles-
Specialized D.M.F Titles are those of Members of D.M.F who are trusted by the CEO himself, Sector Leaders, and Founders. To obtain a title as such, is beyond honorable, but incredibly difficult. If you are to obtain the following titles listed below, along with their minimum requirements, you will have gained a true honor among the Dark Masters Family. If you are appointed, this means you are heavily expected and trusted by these few titled members, including our CEO to fulfill such harsh and difficult duties. Congratulations, if you are to ever make it to this level in D.M.F.
Co-Founder (CoFo)- As a member of D.M.F, a Co-Founder is appointed by a Founder, Sector Leader, or the CEO. You must have:
• Been a part of D.M.F for a minimum of 08 Months (242 Days)
• Been a trusted member of D.M.F
• Obtained the rank of General
• Recruited a minimum of 50 Members
• Contributed to The Dark Masters Family cause(‘s) via donation or volunteering.
• To maintain the title of Co-Founder, you must take a Semi Annual Handbook Test (Every 06 Months) and pass with a 90%
Founder (FnDr)- As a member of D.M.F, a Founder is appointed by a Sector Leader, Sector, or the CEO. You must have:
• Been a part of D.M.F for a minimum of 01 Years (365 Days)
• Been a Co-Founder for 04 Months (183 Days)
• Recruited a Minimum of 75 members
• Contributed to The Dark Masters Family cause(‘s) via donation or volunteering.
• To continue obtaining the title of Founder, you must take a Semi Annual Handbook Test (Every 06 Months) and pass with a 90%
Sector Leader (Sect) - As a member of D.M.F, a Sector Leader is appointed by a Sector or the CEO. You must have:
• Been a part of D.M.F for a minimum of 02 Years (730 Days)
• Been a Founder for 08 Months (183 Days)
• Recruited a minimum of 100 members
• Contributed to The Dark Masters Family cause(‘s) via donation or volunteer work
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- The leader, your Godfather/Godmother.
Their word is law, you obey no questions asked. You do not bother the Godfather without the consent of a Sector Leader.

DARK MASTERS FAMILY PROTOCOLS
Recruiting/Merging Protocols-
Protocol 1:
A. When recruiting, new recruits start out as a RCT.
B. If a new recruit comes from a neutral clan, they receive 1/8 their original rank.
C. In case of a neutral clan merging, the leader joins first as a recruit. They will rank up according to the amount of his previous clan members he has join.
Protocol 2:
A. If an ally clan leader is joining the clan, he will be given 3/4 his original rank. In order for them to maintain their rank, they need to recruit at least 1/4 of their clan into D.M.F.
B. If a recruit comes from an allied clan, they receive one half their rank according to our structure.
C. In case of an allied clan merging, the leader will be given half their rank with their members being ranks below the leader according to the clans old ranks.
Protocol 3:
A. If an enemy clan leader wishes to join D.M.F, enacting this protocol requires that the Leader be interviewed and submitted to a CO for further instruction, debrief, and final evaluations.
B. Depending on the level of severity and problems the enemy clan leader has caused. It is required that there be more time dealt with more threatening Leaders.
Transfer Protocols-
Protocol 1:
A. If a member with a clean record wishes to transfer over to a new squad/division, they are required to:
• Recruit a minimum 5 Recruits for the squad they are currently in
• Relay Info to a First Lieutenant or Higher
B. If a member with 1-3 aggression's on their record wish to transfer to a new squad/division they must:
• Recruit a Minimum of 10 Recruits
• Prepare and Speak a 03 Minute Long Appeal/Plead in order to prove they have changed their ways, grown, or show they will not perform such harsh acts (whatever the aggression(s)) again
C. If a member has been placed on Probation/demoted/kicked out, they must plead their case to a Sector Leader (Of the Sector they previously resided in) with 02 Generals (Of the Sector they previously resides in) present if they wish to return.
DMF Removal Protocol(‘s):
Dark Masters Family has a Protocol in place of removing individuals, therefore making it a system for high ranking officials to appropriately manage. There are three “categories” in regards to this. Each category is its own severity and class as follows:
C Class- Kicked (lowest severity)
-“Kicked” is for those who repetitively break the DMF Code of Conduct (only), typically due to lesser reasons; therefore after 03 Months, a C Class can rejoin, sooner if approved by upper rank.
B Class- Banned (moderate severity)
-“Banned” is for those who show clear disregard to the DMF Code of Conduct, insinuating that said member is “uncaring” and “disrespectful” to members and the Code of Conduct; therefore a B Class cannot rejoin, unless only approved by a Specialized Title.
A Class- Blacklisted (No Mercy)
-“Blacklisted” is for those who impose disregard to DMF Code of Conduct, severe disrespect to members and events, and clearly show intent of harm to the community. Blacklisted personnel will be removed swiftly, if said personnel continues to pry at DMF, understand, we will show no mercy, severe counter measures (Spec-Ops) will be activated to KEEP you in your place.
Important Notes:
• People on the C to B Class are simply removed from the group. but we are not demanding, nor will enforce; that Current DMF Members cannot communicate with them. Only if they are a BLACKLISTED PERSONNEL are you to be concerned with communications with said person.
• People on Blacklist are in lamens terms, Ex-Communicado. You are to not have any relations of sorts with a blacklisted member. In the event that you have been in relations of some sort, friends, family, significant other; for a period of time longer than your time in DMF, please contact DMF Staff or individuals ranking above General, to determine how to handle the situation, however guarantees are to be unexpected in the event of blacklisted personnel.

First Priority Class Protocols-
Emergency Protocol
In the event that a D.M.F member suffers a terrible incident, Emergency Protocol will be called. This means donations and volunteering will be asked of heavily in order to support our members in the case of a dire emergency. We understand if you are TRULY UNABLE to spend money for donations to a cause, tribute or member. However, if you ARE TRULY ABLE we ask that you help the Community of members and assist them with whichever dire needs are in need of assistance.
World Protocol
In the event that a natural disaster occurs, such as Tsunamis, Hurricanes, Earthquakes etc., we will initiate World Protocol. All members will be encouraged to donate money to assist in raising money towards relief efforts and aid to the area of the world victim to the catastrophe. We understand if you are unable to spend money, but for the better of the good, if you are able at such a time, we will encourage you to donate money towards relief efforts.
Cole Protocol
In the event that D.M.F enacts Cole Protocol, this is a Final First Priority Emergency Class Protocol meant for the event that D.M.F undergoes a imminent break, disbandment, failure, disaster, etc. If D.M.F engages Cole Protocol, any and all members remaining are REQUIRED to assist in the revival, repair, or assistance in bringing D.M.F back on its feet.

Weekly Schedule for D.M.F Members
Monday’s-
This is the first day of activity with your squads. If you're a CPT or above, please make sure to communicate with your members on activities.
Tuesday’s-
For members who appear online or are active on Tuesday’s, this day will have a meeting at 8:00PM EST Time. If you are able to attend, please do so, so that the person in charge of the Meeting may have viable info for Higher Ranking Officers.
Wednesday’s-
This day is meant for those who wish to be competitive, to let the beast loose.
Thursday’s-
For members who appear online or are active on Thursday’s, this day is meant for members to complete homework and chill with their friends.
Friday’s-
For members who appear online or are active on Friday’s, will come to see that this day is commonly called, Friday Fun Night. This event is all day. Members who have homework are encouraged to ask fellow members for help so they may have a good weekend.
Saturday-
For members who appear online or are active on Saturday’s, are encouraged to participate in Raids. Saturday will be most commonly known as Raid Day. We will either be raiding other Clans, or defending ourselves. Saturday is also known as Recruitment Day if you wish to not take part in Raids.
Sunday-
For members who appear online or are active on Sunday’s will notice that this day is a second Recruitment Day. Commissioned Officers will be required to attend a meeting at which ever scheduled time to update the General on what happened over the week.
